These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Form submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted by PocketBase. 6. SMS / Text Message Communications

Trust Proof Roofing sends operational SMS (text message) notifications to subcontractors and, where explicitly opted in, to customers. This section describes how we collect phone numbers, obtain consent, and allow you to opt out.

6.1 Subcontractors

Subcontractors onboarded by Trust Proof Roofing explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications about job assignments, scheduled work times, and schedule updates as part of their signed contractor agreement at intake. Phone numbers are collected at onboarding only after written consent, and are stored in our access-controlled database with access restricted to the business owner and authorized agents.

6.2 Customers

We do not currently send marketing SMS to customers. Transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, deposit confirmations) may be sent only when a customer explicitly opts in by providing a phone number and selecting SMS as a preferred contact method during a quote request or service engagement.

6.3 Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies and depends on operational events (typically a few per week per active subcontractor). Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s terms.

6.4 Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. To resubscribe, reply START.

6.6 Privacy of Phone Numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. We use Telnyx as our SMS provider; Telnyx processes message content and recipient phone numbers only as needed to deliver the message. See Section 3 for our third-party processor disclosures.

6.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network coverage and capabilities.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for future communications
