• Vercel, our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use essential cookies required for basic functionality (e.g., session management). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, nor do we run behavioral advertising campaigns.

Form submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted by PocketBase. 6. SMS / Text Message Communications

Trust Proof Roofing sends SMS (text message) communications to subcontractors, and to customers and prospective customers who opt in — including operational notifications and promotional (marketing) messages about our roofing services, such as our free 3D roof inspection offer. This section describes how we collect phone numbers, obtain consent, and allow you to opt out.

6.1 Subcontractors

Subcontractors onboarded by Trust Proof Roofing explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications about job assignments, scheduled work times, and schedule updates as part of their signed contractor agreement at intake. Phone numbers are collected at onboarding only after written consent, and are stored in our access-controlled database with access restricted to the business owner and authorized agents.

6.2 Customers & Prospective Customers

With prior express consent, Trust Proof Roofing sends customers and prospective customers both transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, inspection confirmations) and promotional (marketing) messages about our roofing services, including our free 3D roof inspection offer. We obtain consent before sending, in one of three ways: (1) submitting a request on trustproofroofing.com, (2) texting the keyword ROOF to our number shown on signage, door hangers, or mailers, or (3) giving verbal consent during a phone call. At opt-in we identify ourselves as TP Roofing (Trust Proof Roofing), state that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, and explain how to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP). We do not text customers or prospects who have not opted in.

6.3 Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies and depends on operational events (typically a few per week per active subcontractor). Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s terms.

6.4 Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. To resubscribe, reply START.

6.6 Privacy of Phone Numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. We use Telnyx as our SMS provider; Telnyx processes message content and recipient phone numbers only as needed to deliver the message. See Section 3 for our third-party processor disclosures.

6.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network coverage and capabilities.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for future communications
