How we compare
We compare the same roof areas and quantities; material manufacturer, product and grade; tear-off and disposal; decking allowances and extra-work rates; underlayment, flashing and ventilation; permits; installation requirements; property protection and cleanup; workmanship standards; manufacturer and workmanship warranty coverage; liability and workers’ compensation coverage for the work; and the total payable price, including applicable taxes and mandatory fees.
