How the number is made

From a budget range to a written scope.

1

Check the inputs

Review the selected roof area, pitch and material. An incorrect input can change the preliminary range.

2

Separate repair from replacement

The interactive range is for replacement. A repair needs its own scope and published pricing assessment.

3

Confirm the written proposal

Discuss the observed condition, included work, exclusions and applicable coverage before authorizing the project.

Calculator questions, answered

Is this a roof repair cost calculator?

The interactive calculator estimates a replacement budget. Repair pricing uses the separate published tiers below and a written assessment of the affected area; the replacement range is not a repair quote.

How accurate is the replacement range?

It is a preliminary budget based on the inputs used. Review the size, pitch, material and scope, and confirm the work in a written proposal. An inspection cannot guarantee discovery of every concealed condition.

Do I need to give contact information to try it?

You can use the manual calculator controls without submitting a lead. Contact information is requested if you choose to arrange the next step; using the calculator does not commit you to a contract.

Can it give a price for every roofing material?

Use the material options shown in the tool. Products or details outside those options need a separate assessment; do not treat a displayed range as an offer for a different system.

What can change the final quote?

The actual roof sections, access, existing layers, material selection, flashing and concealed damage may affect the scope. Ask the written proposal to identify included work, exclusions and how additional work is authorized.

Are repair and replacement warranties the same?

No. Repairs have written one-year coverage for the authorized area; replacements have separate workmanship and applicable manufacturer terms. Review conditions and exclusions with the specific proposed work.

Review the range. Confirm the work in writing.

Free 3D inspection in the quote process. A clear scope and separate written coverage terms.
